2019 TOA/TOF/TSSM Annual Conference

The Only Conference That Focuses on Orthopaedics in Texas
February 1-2, 2019 | Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Houston

Join over 180 orthopaedic surgeons and practice administrators for one of the largest orthopaedic conferences in the Southwest. The 2019 event will include clinical, coding, business, and public policy topics that are unique to Texas orthopaedic practices.

Notes regarding registration:

General Sessions – TOA members can register to attend all of the Friday and Saturday general sessions (before January 7, 2019) for $95.

Coding Course – Friday’s coding course features a separate registration fee that includes your workbook. Orthopaedic surgeons and other members of the practice are encouraged to participate.

Friday Night’s Party/Reception – Friday night will feature a party/reception at MKT Restaurant & Bar for attendees and their guests. MKT Restaurant & Bar is within walking distance from the hotel.

2018 TASCS Infection Control Seminar — Sept. 20

ATE & LOCATION
Lectures will be on Thursday, September 20, 2018. All lectures will take place at the Hyatt Regency North Dallas Hotel located at 701 E Campbell Rd, Richardson, TX 75081.

From Dallas/Forth Worth Airport (DFW)
Proceed to North exit from terminal, after the tollbooth; stay left to get on Hwy 121 North. Then stay right on Hwy 121 for a short distance to Hwy 635 East exit. Travel Hwy 635 eastward until Hwy 75 North (Central Expressway) advanced road signs appear. Keep far right on Hwy 635 for the Hwy 75 North ramp exit. The Campbell Road exit off Hwy 75 is approximately 5 miles.

From Love Field Airport (DAL)
Exit Love Field and turn left on Mockingbird Lane. Proceed to North Dallas Tollway; go left (North) to the Hwy 635 exit. Proceed East (right) on Hwy 635 keeping on the far right lane to the Hwy 75 North (Central Expressway) exit ramp. The Campbell Road exit off Hwy I-75 is approximately 5 miles.

Shuttle Service

Annual Meeting of Texas Society of Anesthesiologists – September 7-10

Our Annual Meeting takes place every year in early-mid September. This year we will hold our Annual Meeting at the JW Marriot Hill Country Resort and Spa, September 7-10 in San Antonio. Texas.
